Dane County Printing, LLC, its parents and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Dane County Printing, LLC" "we" or "us") operates a website at DaneCountyPrinting.com ("website") and provides services thorough that Website (the Website and services collectively "Services").
By visiting, using, and/or registering with the Dane County Printing, LLC site, you ("your", "customer", or "user") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dane County Printing, LLC. The terms and conditions govern any and all use of the site, any and all users, visitors, and others who access or use this site, and any and all services rendered by us. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then you must not use the Website or any services offered or accessed through the site. If you violate the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny you access to the site, together with any and all other legal remedies.
I. NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSE TO USE OUR WEBSITE
1. Dane County Printing, LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and in some instance print content, on the Website for your personal and limited commercial purposes as long as they do not violate any aspect of these Terms and Conditions or applicable Law, including our intellectual property or the intellectual property rights of another party. We reserve the right to terminate or limit your access to the Website and/or the licenses granted herein for any reason and in our sole discretion.
2. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to, at any time, temporarily or permanently, modify or discontinue any features associated with the Services with or without notice and for any reason, including performing maintenance, repairs or upgrades.
3. Dane County Printing, LLC (and our licensors) remains the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in the Services. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves all rights.
II. GUARANTEE
We are not responsible for:
1. Dane County Printing, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your printing order! Our printing company guarantees a top-quality product offered at a fair price, with the highest level of customer service. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!
2. Dane County Printing, LLC provides Customer Satisfaction on all Printing Services.
3. If at any time you have questions about our Services, please Contact Us and let us know about it. You will be put in contact with a live person. For further instructions on processing claims see "CLAIMS" below.
4. If your order has defects in workmanship or materials within our control, we will reprint your order with its original order specifications once the claim has been processed and approved.
5. We are not responsible for any errors that are beyond our control such as errors caused by you, delays caused by third parties, including common carriers, and flaws inherent in the electronic-image-to-print process. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
1. Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process;
2. Any errors caused by transparencies created in your art files;
3. Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, finishing options, or quantity;
4. Customer's spelling, punctuation, or other grammatical errors;
5. Duplicate orders placed by the customer;
6. Incorrect file layout for dimensions, folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services;
7. Any shifts in color due to us changing any image from RGB (Red-Green-Blue) or Pantone spot colors to digital CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key/Black) or Grayscale (Key/Black) during the conversion process;
8. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, undeliverable packages after delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer;
9. Orders damaged or lost by a shipping agent may be reprinted and do not qualify for full refund. Any expenses in expediting a reprint may be your responsibility;
10. Errors made during the proofing set up not caught and rejected by the customer during the proofing stage;
11. Any delays caused by delayed proof approval or delayed payment;
12. Un-usable QR Codes, barcodes or any other tag that is meant to be read by a scanner or by electronic equipment. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure these items work correctly prior to producing the product
6. This guarantee is limited to:
1. This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity using the original approved artwork files. If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a satisfactory outcome by replacing the order, Dane County Printing, LLC may, at our discretion, elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order. Any partial or full refund that we offer shall not include any shipping or postage related costs for the order.
2. This guarantee does not cover fees or costs associated with mailing services, postage, associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. Dane County Printing, LLC is not liable for the United States Postal Service ("USPS"), United Parcel Service ("UPS"), Federal Express ("FedEx") or any other carrier's service or delivery errors, including loss or delay, and will not refund any printing, shipping, postage, or handling costs.
3. Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any damages to you or any third party, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, or other claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective, incomplete, or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
4. Your order will be produced in accordance with CMYK industry standards for "pleasing color". With any order, purchase or use of services you agree to these standards for color. Our guarantee does not include defects related to color matching. Due to variations in monitor calibrations, ink, paper, and limitations throughout the printing processes, we cannot guarantee the final product will match the color/density of your personal printer, monitor or any other way in which you may use to determine appropriate color. Such variations will be considered acceptable. A hard copy proof of your project will provide a more accurate depiction of your final product. Minor color shifts between a hard copy proof and the final production product may occur.
5. Dane County Printing, LLC cannot prevent slight color shifts throughout an order. The determination of slight color shifts or minor color shifts is at the full discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC.
6. Dane County Printing, LLC is not liable for failure to meet expected deadlines due to improper file composition or changes in artwork or services during the proofing and production process
7. The only remedy for problems with any order that has defects or manufacturing issues is reprinting of the order to correct product defects unless at Dane County Printing, LLC's discretion, we deem a partial or full refund to be the best remedy.
8. Any refund, reprint or any other resolution shall not extend to any shipping and handling costs, or any mailing and postage related expenses or costs.
9. Dane County Printing, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to any customer images or artwork. It is your responsibility to store all files and related artwork as you deem appropriate.
10. Shipping transit times are not guaranteed. Ground and Freight shipping services are non-refundable for any reason contributing to a delayed delivery date
11. Damage to the products arising after Dane County Printing, LLC's delivery to the shipping agent are not covered in this Guarantee. All Dane County Printing, LLC products are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point, meaning all title and risk passes to you, the customer upon Dane County Printing, LLC's delivery to the shipping agent. Orders damaged or lost by a shipping agent may be reprinted and do not qualify for full refund. Any expenses in expediting a reprint may be your responsibility.
III. CLAIMS
1. To initiate the claims process email support@danecountyprinting.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. If a claim is not started within 30 days, both parties agree that the order has been accepted and Dane County Printing, LLC has satisfied all terms, conditions, and order requirements.
2. Once the claims process has been initiated we will attempt to contact you via phone or email communications, so you can provide everything we need to process the claim. In some cases, we may ask for images to be provided showing the manufacturing problem or defect. At our discretion, once it has been determined to be a defect due to a manufacturing error or defect in product or service rendered by Dane County Printing, LLC, we may provide product return instructions. With the requested defective material being returned and received by us, we may reprint the order at our expense from your original file and with your original order specifications. We reserve the right to determine whether a manufacturing error or defect has occurred.
3. Any and all claims are limited to reprint of the original order quantity using the original approved artwork files. Any reprint shall not include any shipping or postage related costs for the order.
4. For all projects in which there is a dispute and a reprint has been deemed appropriate by us, no new files or alterations to the files may occur. In these situations, Dane County Printing, LLC will reprint the original approved artwork. Any new artwork would be considered a new project or service to be supplied by Dane County Printing, LLC and the full charges for the new project or service will apply.
5. Dane County Printing, LLC may reject any claim brought forward for any reason including circumstances not covered by this Guarantee.
IV. QUOTING
1. It is your responsibility to review estimates carefully, including but not limited to, reviewing various quantities, manufacturing details, printing and shipping options, mailing and estimated postage rates. If there is anything that is not understood, it is your responsibility to review the estimate with a Customer Service Specialist until deemed understood.
2. You may request a custom quote for products not shown on the Site. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to provide a custom quote or produce a custom project. Any quote or services provided is at the discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC.
3. Quotes may include any of the following:
1. A breakdown of printing options including materials and manufacturing operations;
2. Quote may be defined as to the project containing bleed or without bleed;
3. Costs for initial review of art files;
4. The estimated mailing service type and postage costs associated with the project(s);
5. Standard finishing operations including binding, folding and any other options that may pertain to your project(s);
6. Estimated shipping costs or freight costs, or any other delivery costs associated with a project(s);
4. All quoted costs are estimated costs and may change upon final review of the project. All mailing and postage costs are estimated and may change up to the point of final delivery to USPS and approval of your mailing project by USPS.
1. Online pricing and custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date that either a quote was saved or presented to the user. All prices and options contained on the Website are subject to change without notice.
2. All promotions advertised via email, online or any other forms of communication can only be applied once per order. In no situation can multiple discounts or promotions be used on the same order.
3. All promotions are limited to a maximum discount of $250.00 unless explicitly stated in the promotion received.
4. Promotions may end at any time at the discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC. Promotions are not subject to a 30-day expiration regardless of its addition to any quote.
5. Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any damages to you or any third party, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, or other claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving any quote that is deemed incomplete or inaccurate.
V. PROOFING | FILE SERVICES
1. PDF proofs are not provided automatically. It is your responsibility to request a proof or additional proofs when you place your order.
2. requested upon ordering, an electronic proof in .pdf format will be uploaded to your account or sent to you via email. You will receive email notification prompting you to approve or reject your proof. The email notification for the proof will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you received this proof notification. It may take up to 24 hours or more for Dane County Printing, LLC to process each proof. Any file issues arising from unusable files or files that are not deemed print ready by Dane County Printing, LLC will delay the proofing process.
3. If a proof has been provided for your project, it will not be sent to press without your approval. It is the user's responsibility to check their proof. We are not liable for delays in the order caused by the user's non-approval or delayed approval of the proof.
4. When reviewing your proof, you must have your overprint settings on. When your overprint preview settings are off, you will not see the overprint. You must have your overprinting setting on when previewing your proof to get an accurate proof. We are not responsible for your preview settings not being correct. Customers are responsible for setting up the files correctly and in accordance with our File Guidelines. To see our File Guidelines Click Here
5. An electronic proof is the final opportunity for you to check aspects of the proof against the original including, the layout, bleeds, crops, fonts and texts, spacing, punctuation, and image placement. It is also the final opportunity to change specifications including order quantities, material specifications, printing, mailing or shipping options. After your proof approval the order will move into printing and no further changes on your order will be possible.
6. If a proof comes back with corrections, each updated proof will be provided with an additional charge. You are responsible for all proofing charges. It may take up to 24 hours or longer to process each new proof. Additional time may be needed for Customer Service Representatives to respond to your request for corrections. Although we strive to provide the fastest possible service, Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any additional delays in the proof correction process. See "PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME."
7. Corrections and new file submissions are billable items and will be added to your invoice and charged accordingly. Corrections are billed per hour with a 30 min. minimum and include but are not limited to typographical errors, photo manipulation, color correction, resizing, and fold adjustments.
8. With any corrections received, Dane County Printing, LLC will determine, at our discretion, if we can make those corrections or if we will require new files to be provided by you. If we determine we can make the corrections requested, we will make the corrections for the fees stated above. If we cannot make the changes needed, a new file must be submitted and will be billable as new files received according to the terms stated above. Any delays this process causes in the final approval or printing time is solely the responsibility of the user. Any corrections or new files received will require an additional proof to be sent and approved at an additional cost. In the event where a new file is presented, or corrections are made, problems may occur when those files are processed or re-processed that may or may not be related to the changes made. It is your responsibility to review the proofs in their entirety to ensure they are satisfactory
9. At any time, Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order when we deem the files do not meet our requirements for print ready artwork. In these circumstances, Dane County Printing, LLC may cancel your order with or without any attempt to have the files corrected or re-submitted.
10. We do not allow any changes to artwork, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time after you have approved a proof. Because printing will not begin until you approve your proof, you must be mindful of the additional time it takes: to request and receive a proof; and, the additional delay that may occur if items are missing, files do not meet our file requirements, or if errors are identified in the proofing process. Spam blockers/filters may prevent you from receiving our emails. You may receive emails from various email addresses during the order process. After file review, additional delays may occur if items are missing or the files do not meet our file requirements. Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for delays in the order caused by any of the above processes, shipping times and delays in any of the above processes, and any delays caused by your non-approval of the proof. For more information on the time it takes to process and print your order, see "PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME AND ARRIVAL TIME."
11. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to store all supplied artwork and data files for any project we are involved with producing or servicing unless there is a specific, separate agreement, agreed to in writing by both Dane County Printing, LLC and the User. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to delete storage of any supplied files at any time, at will, with or without cause or notice to you. Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible to store any supplied files for any period of time. Dane County Printing, LLC recommends that you store any files that you wish to have access to or use at any point in the future. Dane County Printing, LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure that files stored by Dane County Printing, LLC are not released or provided to any other parties except the user, or with the user's explicit agreement in writing. If a situation arises where there is an unauthorized file release that materially affects you, then Dane County Printing, LLC will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements
VI. PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME AND ARRIVAL TIME
1. For all types of proofs, printing turnaround time begins the next business day after we receive approval of your proof and all needed payments have been completed. Printing turnaround time does not begin when the order is first submitted. Because printing turnaround time does not begin until you approve your proof and all needed payments have been completed, you must be mindful of the additional time required in the proofing process as discussed above in "PROOFING | FILE SERVICES." Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by your failure or delaying in approving your proof.
2. Approvals received by 5PM EST will start calculating printing time the following business day. Approvals received after 5PM EST will start printing the day after the next. Weekends and holidays are not included in your quoted turnaround time calculations.
3. The estimated printing turnaround time is based on the typical number of hours or days that a print job is completed under normal circumstances.
4. Printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time or mailing services. Please allow two additional business days for any mailing services. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Shipping transit times vary and Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, breakdown of equipment, illness, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
5. Your estimated arrival date should be calculated by adding the printing turnaround time to the shipping transit time. For example, a product with a printing turnaround time of two days and a shipping method of Two Day service would have an estimated arrival date of four business days after your files have been sent to printing (we have received your proof approval).
6. Please understand printing time and estimated arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Dane County Printing, LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, the breakdown of equipment, illness, supply chain disruptions, etc. Dane County Printing, LLC takes reasonable measures to prepare your printing, but we do not assume any liabilities for any delay that may occur.
VII. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
1. The standard shipping method and carrier is UPS ground. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to ship using UPS, FedEx, or the USPS, so long as it does not extend the shipping time or increase the shipping cost. Rates are available for Ground, Next Day Air, Two Day and Three-Day shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipments to more than one address may require additional shipping and handling charges for each location. When choosing a shipping method, remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is received by the carrier.
2. Shipping transit times vary, and Dane County Printing, LLC assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damage resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, weather, illness, etc. For any shipment, Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond their control such as the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customers or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by a government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
3. You agree that shipping terms for all Dane County Printing, LLC products are shipped "Freight On Board Shipping Point" or "F.O.B. Shipping Point" meaning all title and risk of loss transfers to you, the customer, upon Dane County Printing, LLC's delivery to the shipping agent.
4. Orders lost in transit may, at Dane County Printing, LLC's discretion, be reprinted with the same printing terms as the original order. Any expediting of services including shipping service is the responsibility of the user. If the order lost in transit is later located and delivered and you receive both the original order and the reprint the customer will be required to pay for the reprint or ship one order back to us at your expense.
VIII. MAILING SERVICES
1. Your mailing list(s) are your exclusive property. We will not utilize your mailing list for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. We do not retail, sell, resell, or market any customer provided mailing list data. Your mailing lists may be stored electronically. Your mailing lists may be supplied to outside vendors for use in completing mailing services for your project.
2. All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Dane County Printing, LLC's responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). Dane County Printing, LLC's responsibility ends when the job is delivered to either a USPS Business Mail Entry Unit or the Great Falls, Montana Business Mail Entry Unit. In no event shall Dane County Printing, LLC be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays.
3. If a package is mailed using USPS, all postage rates are estimated until the USPS has accepted and approved the mailing.
4. All online estimates are based on mailing in the United States only. The estimated pricing may change at any time until the USPS has accepted and approved the mailing. Any additional charges for postage are the user's responsibility to pay in full.
5. Rates may increase due to the design of the mail piece, final weight, size, or shape. It is possible that your mailing piece will not pass the USPS requirements for barcode readability and thus the postal rate will increase.
6. Foreign Addresses will increase your postage rate. We will mail to foreign addresses only upon written request when the order is placed.
7. If your mailing does not qualify for automated postal discounts we will mail at non-automated rates, increasing your postage costs. All additional charges incurred for any reason are your responsibility to pay in full.
8. Estimated postage must be paid in advance. Payment must be received before we will deliver your mailing to the USPS. Postage may be paid by check, PayPal or credit card. Any postage paid on credit card is subject to a 5% convenience fee of the postage amount.
9. It is your responsibility to ensure the design meets all postal regulations.
10. The USPS does not guarantee delivery of any First Class or Standard Class Mail.
11. Dane County Printing, LLC does not guarantee delivery times on items mailed through the USPS. Time in transit varies based on destinations and season. All orders with mailing services will be given to the USPS within 3 Business Days following the printing time on the order. Typical delivery is within 5-9 business days for First Class Mail and 15+ business days for Standard Class Mail, where applicable.
12. Under no circumstances will Dane County Printing, LLC refund postal charges on mailed items.
13. Postage charges are estimated based on bulk mail rates for standard, non-profit and first class from the USPS. The addition of mailing services to a purchase should be expected to increase the shipment date of your order by three business days.
14. In the event that there are more mailers than valid records in the mailing list, the excess product will be thrown away or recycled unless you have requested them to be shipped to you in writing prior to the mail date. Additional shipping charges will apply. No refunds will be provided for any product produced but not used in a requested mailing service or shipped to you.
15. Dane County Printing, LLC is not responsible for any confidential or private information in your printed or produced design.
16. Dane County Printing, LLC is not liable for the correctness or comprehensiveness of any mailing list which are provided by the user.
17. Under no circumstances shall Dane County Printing, LLC be liable for the USPS performance failures or delivery delays; loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or, billed services related to the specific project.
IX. PAYMENT
1. All prices and amounts shown on this Website are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. Upon submitting an order for processing to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, you agree that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will be paid by you with an approved payment method. Full payment, including shipping, is due at the time you place an order before processing can begin.
2. We accept following payment types through our third party provider’s systems accessible from our Website: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Any postage paid on credit card is subject to a 5% convenience fee of the postage amount.
3. While Dane County Printing, LLC tries to ensure accuracy, we also reserve the right at any time during the ordering, manufacturing, shipping or mailing process to correct any errors in pricing, promotions, or descriptions. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to correct, cancel or refuse to accept any order based on incorrect price, inaccurate applications, inaccurate promotional codes or any other reason pricing may be deemed inaccurate.
4. Invoices unpaid after 30 days following invoice date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% Annum). Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to use any and all means of collection available under applicable law to collect any amount past due. In the event that Dane County Printing, LLC utilizes a collections agency or resorts to legal action to recover an unpaid balance, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses incurred to recover such unpaid balance, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. If you fail to pay to pay on time, Dane County Printing, LLC refers your account to a third party for collection, and a collection fee will be assessed and will be due at the time of the referral of the third party. The fee will be calculated at the maximum percentage permitted by applicable law, not to exceed 18 percent.
X. ADULT CONTENT
1. Objectionable content in one person's eyes may simply be artistic expression to someone else and it is hard to make the distinction. Dane County Printing, LLC is a small business and most of our work consists of non-suggestive materials without any type of nudity.
2. Dane County Printing, LLC may choose to print tastefully done nudes and boudoir orders. Example of acceptable nudes and boudoir orders include those that are properly lit, posed and composed.
3. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide services or print any job involving nudity of any kind.
4. Dane County Printing, LLC will not accept files or print any job that it deems is suggestive or sexually explicit in any way, or if there is any doubt as to the age of the models.
5. We will not produce or accept files that may have been deemed explicit for any of the following reasons:
1. Any situations of nude sexual activity;
2. Any content deemed pornographic in nature;
3. Any nudity of a highly suggestive sexual nature; and,
4. Any images depicting the harming of minors in any way including but not limited to content that violates state or federal child pornography laws, child exploitation laws and laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual contact.
5. If it is unclear as to the age of any models we may provide materials to the proper authorities for further review. The option to provide services for any project is at the sole discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services with or without cause.
XI. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. All sales are final, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
2. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide services or print any job at any time throughout the process with or without cause, including if the Services requested by the Customer are deemed by Dane County Printing, LLC as unlawful.
3. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to subcontract all or any portion of an order to an outside vendor at its discretion without prior notice to you.
4. All promotions advertised via email, online or any other forms of communication can only be applied once per order. In no situation can multiple discounts or promotions be used on the same order.
5. Promotions are not subject to a 30-day expiration regardless of its application to any quote. All promotions can end at any time at the discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC with or without cause.
6. We cannot guarantee your order will have the exact number of the product you ordered; however, overage or under count will not exceed 5%.
7. Samples of your product may be used for sales or marketing purposes.
8. Electronic examples and images of your product may be used as examples and possibly other marketing purposes on our Site, social media or any other electronic marketing communication from Dane County Printing, LLC.
9. Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to contact and market to any customer that has ordered from us via all possible channels of communication available.
10. Your name may be included in our newsletter and promotional databases.
11. If you request a digital flipbook or flipbook embed code, your flipbook page may rank in a Google search.
XII. CANCELLATIONS
1. In the event of any cancellation, you approve a cancellation fee, plus any extra chargeable amount for the work done or costs incurred by Dane County Printing, LLC up to that point.
2. Any time period of 21 days lapsed may constitute an automatic cancellation brought forth by Dane County Printing, LLC and will also include a cancellation fee of $35.00.
3. The customer will receive notice of such cancellation 5 days prior to the cancellation and will have the opportunity to discuss and finish the order within those 5 days. After 5 days, any refunds or charges will be processed, and the customer will receive the final notice of cancellation.
4. At any time Dane County Printing, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order when we deem the files do not meet our requirements for print ready files, with or without any attempt to have the files corrected or re-submitted by the customer.
5. At the discretion of Dane County Printing, LLC we may choose to cancel an order for any reason with or without cause. In such instances a cancellation fee will not be applied. Charges for work done to that point may apply.
XIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. By submitting your order with Dane County Printing, LLC, you guarantee that the printed matter is legal, and customer agrees to hold Dane County Printing, LLC harmless in any suit arising regarding the legality of illustration or other printed materials that are degrading, libelous, harmful to reputation, or an infringement of trademark, trade name, trade secrets, and copyright laws.
2. Dane County Printing, LLC does not censor any material on our Website nor review material to determine whether it is in compliance with the law. Dane County Printing, LLC shall have no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that is otherwise in violation of the law.
